Our non-profit association was founded to address massive poverty and lack of perspectives of poor and destitute human beings in developing countries and at the same time to develop solutions, which not only lift tens of tousands of people out of poverty but also support European countries to solve one of their most urgent socio-political problems.

We are a team of experts in the areas of international development aid, professional education, pedagogy, youth promotion, nursing and caring, organization, law, and management. All of our team members have many years - in some cases even decades - of practical experience in their field of expertise and contribute, in addition to their valuable know-how and professional experience, their international network.

Implementing our association projects, we work and co-operate very closely with well-known and established non-profit organizations worldwide, which have been active in international development aid, professional education, and the promotion of young people from poor and destitute families in developing countries for decades. Our main focus is in the area of professional education for nursing staff and our geographical focus is Asia, Africa, and Latin Amerika.

Our activities are based on very clear values, are politically neutral, follow a Christian-social worldview, and place the well-being and a dignified future for poor and destitute people in developing countries in the center of our efforts. Our work is directly and exclusively non-profit, we do not strive for profits, and we serve the well-being and advancement of people and society.
