Together with our international partners, we have developed a concept, which on one hand offers an efficient solution for reducing poverty in developing countries and on the other hand in particular supports reduction of the massive shortage of qualified nurses in Austria and Germany efficiently. By combining these two areas, we create a true "win-win situation" for everybody involved.
Realizing and implementing this concept, our European educational institutions and co-operation partners closely co-operate with the corresponding educational institutions and co-operation partners in the individual developing country. We offer poor and destitute youth and young adults in developing countries a cost-free basic education in standard subjects to achieve a minimum level of general education. This also includes basics in an international relevant foreign language.

In a further step, we offer these young people respectively young adults a "dual-degree education" in the nursing profession (bachelor degree nurse, specialist nursing assistant, and nursing assistant), which will provide the graduates with an European educational certificate as well as an educational certificate from their home country. By doing so, we put a strong emphasis on the use of newest techology including AI. These nursing training programs include a comprehensive language education in the German language including the issunace of an international language certificate.

After completition of the educational program, the graduates can work as nurse in their home country, can financially support their families, and can contribute to their home country´s further growth and development. In case, they wish to pursue a professional career in Europe, we will support them in finding a proper job in Austria or Germany, introduce them to potential employers, prepare them for the cultural differences and the new life in Austria and Germany, and support them with respect to getting the required visa and residence as well as working permit. This support is of course free of charge for them.

After their arrival in Austria respectively Germany, they will be intensively and personally supported by us for a period of three months. During this time, we will connect them with other qualified workers from third countries in Europe, support their social integration into local society, and assist them with respect to all arising problems. After these three months, they have the possibility of joining our non-profit association "qualified workers from third countries" to ensure the support and social integration on a long-term basis.
This concept ensures a completely controlled and high quality immigration of nurses from third countries because they will travel to Europe only if they hold the required visas as well as residence and working permits and have signed the employment contracts with their new European employers. The graduates will pay taxes in Austria or Germany from day one and will not burden our social security systems. Therefore, our concept is entirely in line with the socio-political trend of our time.
